Refund and Access Policy

Before access begins

You may request a full refund before opening protected content or starting a practice or examination session in the purchased course. Email [email protected] from the order email address and include the order number.

After access begins

Once protected content has been opened or a session has started, change-of-mind refunds are unavailable. We will address material service defects, failure to provide purchased access, duplicate payments, and mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access term and expiry

The access term begins when payment is confirmed and runs for the selected period. Non-use does not extend it unless a fault under our control prevents access for a material period.

Refund method

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method through PayPal. Posting time depends on PayPal and the bank. A full refund or chargeback ends the course access associated with the order.

Review and mandatory rights

If a request is refused, you may reply with supporting information for review. This policy does not limit mandatory rights and should be read with the Terms and Conditions.
