Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 2026-09-02

These terms govern your use of CME Path, including its courses, trials, question banks, accounts, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the content, you agree to them.

1. Service provider

SYNERGY6 PTY LTD
Trading as: CME Path
17 Joyhurst Street, Durban, 4091
Registration country: South Africa
[email protected]

2. Independent preparation service

CME Path is an independent examination-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Capital Market Authority, Financial Academy, or CISI. Their current materials, rules, and policies remain authoritative.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use one account per learner. You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

4. Products, prices, and taxes

The product page identifies the access term. PayPal charges are made in US dollars; Saudi-riyal amounts are reference prices calculated at the fixed rate of SAR 3.75 per USD. Applicable taxes or charges will be displayed before order confirmation when the seller is required to collect them.

5. Access and duration

Access normally starts after PayPal confirms payment and the order is linked to your account. Access is personal, non-transferable, and expires at the end of the purchased term. It may be suspended following a refund, fraud, or misuse.

6. Acceptable use

You must not share accounts, copy or distribute question banks, scrape content, bypass access controls, attempt to expose protected answers, or use the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.

7. Educational content

We take reasonable care to map and review content, but regulations and syllabi change. The service is not legal, investment, or professional advice and does not guarantee a pass or other result. Always check the latest official information.

8. Payment

PayPal processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store complete card numbers. You must be authorized to use the payment method and pay the charges shown before submission.

9. Refunds

You may request a refund before course access begins. After you open protected content or start a study session, refunds are limited to a material service defect or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Refund and Access Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The website, software, design, original content, and question banks are protected by intellectual-property rights. A purchase grants a limited personal study licence and transfers no ownership.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or places the service or users at risk. We will act proportionately, respect mandatory rights, and provide a contact route for disputes.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, examination results, or professional decisions based on the content. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use, disclose, and retain it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, while any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably by email.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will publish the new effective date. Questions or complaints may be sent to [email protected].
